The National Taxpayer Advocate of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service is convening the second International Conference on Taxpayer Rights, hosted by the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in Vienna, Austria, and sponsored by Tax Analysts.
